Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for open cohorts and team blocks when cancellation rules below are met. Informational prices on this website are not charges; only invoiced amounts are eligible.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received in writing at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date stated on your confirmation. Requests between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of tuition. Within 6 days of start, tuition is generally non-refundable except as noted under exceptions.

Full and partial refunds

A full refund returns the tuition portion of the invoice. A partial refund returns half the tuition. Taxes, bank transfer fees, and third-party payment charges already incurred may be deducted where permitted by law.

Non-refundable items

Custom curriculum development, on-site facilitator travel already booked at your request, and licensed third-party materials purchased for your private cohort are non-refundable once work or purchase has begun.

Refund process

Email contact@autodatabridge.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies for full, partial, or no refund.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 14 business days after approval. Banking networks may take additional time to post funds.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payer via the same method used for payment when possible (bank transfer or other agreed channel). We do not issue cash refunds at the office.

Cancellation by Autodatabridge

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort, including recoverable taxes where applicable.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions that prevent participation may qualify for a goodwill transfer or partial refund at our discretion, even inside the six-day window. Transfers to a later cohort of equal value are often available once as an alternative to a cash refund.
